YES! The event host is responsible for all damage to the Delorean. Guest activities must be supervised at all times to avoid damage issues.
You can request the Owner wear a Doc Brown costume from the Back To The Future movie.
Unfortunately the answer to this question is No. The cost of repairs for a DeLorean can add up very quickly, and I just don’t want to put that burden on the driver.
- You have 3 days from issuance of a contract draft to send a 50% payment of the Contract to reserve your event date and time.
- No refund on cancellations that are less than 48 hours to the event.
- Balance of payment due is expected on arrival at the event via check, cash or the approved payment accounts.
- Rental is for fixed display only. Only the owner will be driving the car.
- Event Host is responsible for all damage to the DeLorean caused by party guests (invited or otherwise) that occurs while the DeLorean is parked at the event.
- Unless otherwise agreed, owner will remain onsite with the car to answer questions.
